Norbulingka, known as the "Jewel Park," is a palace and horticultural park in Lhasa, Tibet, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site as part of the Historic Ensemble of the Potala Palace. Established in the 18th century by the 7th Dalai Lama, it served as the traditional summer residence of successive Dalai Lamas until 1959. The park covers approximately 36 hectares and is celebrated for its beautiful gardens, which are considered the finest in Tibet, as well as for its significant cultural and historical importance.
