Changsha, a vibrant city with over 2,000 years of history, is the capital of Hunan Province in central China. It is known for its rich cultural heritage, including ancient tombs and relics from the Chu Kingdom, as well as its modern development, exemplified by the Meixihu International Culture & Arts Center. Changsha is also a hub of education and innovation, home to several high-profile universities and research institutions. It is also linked to Mao Zedong, who resided and studied in this area prior to his affiliation with the CCP in the 1920s.
